VILLAGE OF LOMIRA - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

PROJECT 2024-2

 

 

Sealed proposals will be received by the Village Clerk’s Office for the Village of Lomira, Wisconsin, at the Lomira Municipal Building located at 425 Water Street, Wisconsin, until 1pm on May 8th, 2024 at which time proposals will be publicly opened for the following project: 

 

ASBESTOS ABATEMENT, RAZE BUILDINGS, & RESTORE LOT 

606 Main Street, Lomira (formerly an old mill); parcel #146-1317-1541-003; property is privately owned and not owned by the Village of Lomira; a legal raze order has been issued

 

All proposals must be sealed and clearly marked “ASBESTOS, RAZE BUILDINGS & RESTORE LOT PROPOSAL” when returned to the Village of Lomira. 

 

All proposals must be made upon blank forms furnished by the Village of Lomira. Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be examined and/or obtained by contacting Nick Roskopf, Director of Public Works at 920-269-8155 or email nroskopf@villageoflomira.gov or online at www.villageoflomira.gov/project-bid for bidding purposes. 

 

The Village reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive or not to waive any formalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which the Village deems most favorable to the interest of the Village. The Board of the Village of Lomira decision will be held on May 8, 2024 at 7pm during the regularly scheduled Board meeting and their decision will be final. 

 

No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening date.
