Contact the Village first, then begin your project!

Building Permit: new structures including homes, sheds; install or replace fencing, skylights; relocate or replace fireplaces, chimneys, new HVAC; remodel or relocate walls, subfloor; construct or replace deck or swimming pool; upgrade electric service equipment or added circuitry; electrical service upgrade. This is not a complete list. Please call the Building Inspector with questions or concerns.

                            *Fill out the Building Permit Application

                            *Email application and all relative documents to rschoepke@msa-ps.com

                            *The building inspector will contact you regarding fees, when the project can start, and issue 

                              the placard
