Administrative Assistant to the Police Department and Clerk's Office
The Village of Lomira is accepting applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant to the Police Department with shared duties in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office. A qualified candidate will provide exceptional customer service, a positive attitude, appropriately handle confidential information, provide clerical duties, filing, organizing, data entry and various administrative tasks. The preferred candidate will also hold an Associate degree, be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and 365, DOJ TIME System, Spillman reporting system, NIBRS, TRACS and Workhorse Software. Previous office experience preferred. The Village of Lomira is currently taking applications for a crossing guard. Applicants will need to work on all days school is in session, unless other arrangements are made. Applicants must be available before school (7:00-8:00 a.m.) and after school (3:00-4:00 p.m.). Applications are available at the PD or clerk’s office located at 425 Water Street or by clicking on the 'employment application' button above.
